Welcome to Crochet By Tako. This store, operated from Georgia, sells original downloadable PDF crochet patterns, not finished physical products. By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Products and descriptions

Each listing is for a digital PDF crochet instruction pattern. Please read its description, required skill level, materials, and language before purchasing. No yarn, tools, or finished crocheted product is included.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Applicable taxes and the final amount, where required, are presented before you confirm the order. Payments are handled by the payment methods actually offered at checkout. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, the purchased PDF is supplied electronically using the download method indicated at checkout or in the order confirmation. No physical item is shipped. If your download does not arrive or does not work, email Takoscrochet@gmail.com with your order reference.

Delivery time: PDF download access is normally supplied electronically as soon as payment is confirmed, through the delivery method shown at checkout or in the order email. This is an electronic delivery estimate, not postal shipping. If you have not received working access within 24 hours after payment confirmation, please email Takoscrochet@gmail.com with your order number so we can assist. Technical or payment-verification issues may delay access.

Personal use and copyright

All original patterns remain the intellectual property of their creator. Purchasing a pattern provides a limited, non-exclusive right to download and use the instructions for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share, redistribute, republish, or upload the PDF or its contents for others. No ownership of copyright is transferred.

Refunds and statutory rights

Digital pattern purchases are generally non-refundable after access or download, except where the law requires otherwise. See the Return & Refund Policy. Statutory rights relating to faulty digital content and, where applicable, withdrawal rights are not excluded. Immediate digital delivery does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right; applicable consent and acknowledgment requirements must be met.

Where a valid statutory withdrawal is exercised, refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after receiving notice, normally to the original payment method. See the detailed Refund Policy.
